    Yearly billing reflects a 20% discount versus 12 monthly payments.

    Upgrades and added seats are immediate and prorated after billing confirmation.

  5. 05

    Downgrades, seat reductions, and paid-plan cancellation take effect at period end.

  6. 06

    Pending invites are not billable seats.
